Vintage 1980'S Takara? Rock’n Flowers Dancing Purple *NOT WORKING* Flower pansy

Description

Tested with fresh batteries & it does not work.,,no dancing, no music.  Face has some of the decals rubbed off in areas.  I think this is missing acessories, maybe sunglasses? Not sure if this is the orignal flower pot gray base this came with, its quite heavy for its size & feels like maybe ceramic?
Apx 13.5" tall.
This has velvety bendable leaves.
Bottom of flower pot says made in Taiwan.
