    RETURNS
    All returns must be initiated within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.  All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.  Shipping is non-refundable unless it is our error.  Refunds will be issued within two (2) days of receipt
    RETURN PROCESS
    To return an item, please
    securely package the item with the return form provided.  Apply the shipping
    label
    provided securely to your package and mail your return with the appropriate carrier.
    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund. Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges that are not as a result of our error.  As such, the cost of the prepaid shipping label provided will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs.
