Dr. Scott's Electric Flesh Brush. 2-1/8 X 5-1/8 X 2-1/2 inches. Thermoplastic with inset Magnet and Bristles. Circa 1900. Featuring various raised decoration in relief, including the text: 'ELECTRIC/THE GERM OF ALL LIFE IS ELECTRICITY/VENI VIDI VICI'. Marketed as a cure-all through the vigorous application on the skin.
