The warranty only covers failure due to defects in material and workmanship by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover damage due to everyday usage
You may return merchandise purchased from NJCCTV for a refund or a replacement.
All product returns requires a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. The RMA number should be written on your returning pacakge.
All returned items for a refund/credit should be in its original, "resalable" condition. You may not be responsible for a refund or credit otherwise.
