    This one is still in the original plastic seal. When South Carolina became a District on 2/13/1992, these key rings were given to employees in South Carolina to celebrate the occurrence. South Carolina is no longer a District, it was merged with GA and NC several years ago. This is a rare item and a must for any UPS collection.
