:  see description and supersized photos; the cover is in poor condition having been reinforced with binding tape. The leather is FRAGILE dry and chipping and will be more chipped by the time received. Pages overall good and intact with some soiling and age spotting. Inside front hinges showing separation with repair to outside hinge.
